Geo-Fencing is a technique designed to provide added value to businesses using NEO-TRAC™ on their vehicles. It allows you to set a defined geographical area within which a specific vehicle/asset is ‘permitted’ or ‘not permitted’ to be. Geo-Fences are not necessarily permanent and can be altered with your authorisation. Such an area might be a closed compound, a forces base or a sales rep’s permitted zone.

Our SOC (Secure Operations Centre) is alerted by the NEO-TRAC™ device when the Geo-Fence is breached. The SOC then takes the contact action you’ve specified. This could be to you via email, SMS or phone call, and could include calls to security personnel or the police. You’re then free to investigate the breach and take whatever action is necessary to locate and retrieve the vehicle. The NEO-TRAC™ advanced tracking technology will then monitor your vehicle/asset until it is recovered.
